In time of recession, people spend more time at home and look for ways to save money. The High Street film rental industry is in freefall, replaced largely by on-demand TV and online DVD rental.

Following 6 months testing in a closed community, FiLMCiRCLE launched at the end of 2008. We are growing healthily with available resources, but remain open to the idea that faster growth would benefit our members as well as the site itself.
